¶1Heard Sri V.K. Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 and Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 and 3.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent no.4.

¶3After preliminary hearing of the matter, this Court passed following order on 04.08.2023:- "The petitioner has a grievance that in subject 'Charak Samhita (Uttraddh)' (in 1st paper), no marks have been awarded to her in B.A.M.S. (Third Professional) Course conducted by Dr. Bhimrao Amedkar University, Agra in August, 2022 and it has been explained in the bottom of the said marksheet as "under investigation". Notice of the present writ petition has been served upon the learned counsel representing the respondents Nos.2 & 3, however, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the learned counsel who represents the university has refused to accept the notice and that is why the petitioner had to dispatch the notice by registered post on

01.08.2023. In due course of time, the notice sent by the registered post is likely to be delivered within next 2-3 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve dasti notice of this writ petition in the office of the respondent No.2. Steps be taken within a week. Office shall supply requisite dasti summons to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a week. On the next date fixed, in case no instructions are received and the respondents Nos. 2 & 3 are not represented by any learned counsel, the Court may summon the respondent No.2 to attend the Court proceeding in person. Positive instruction regarding pending investigation and the grievance of the petitioner shall be supplied to the Court on the next date fixed. Put up this case as fresh on 25.08.2023."

¶4Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari has come up with the instructions dated

07.12.2023 furnished by the Examination Controller, which are taken on record.

¶5The instructions reveal that evaluation of the answer copies of the concerned subjects has been done and the proceedings for declaration of the result are going on.

¶6Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari submits that very soon the result of the petitioner shall be declared.

¶7In view of the stand taken in the instructions, no further affidavits are required.

¶8The petition is disposed of directing the concerned authorities of the University to declare the petitioner's result before
