¶1By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that a direction be issued to learned court below for not releasing the opposite party no.2 in pursuance of order dated

20.07.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8968 of 2023 (Naushad Ansari Vs. State of U.P.) arising out of Case Crime No. 321 of 2022, under Section 302, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Nagra, District Ballia without obtaining bail in added Sections i.e. Section 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act.

¶2At the outset, Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that with the lapse of time, cause of this application has lost its efÏcacy.
