¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-Firozabad for early decision of Case No. 2576 of 2021 (State Vs. Ravi Kumar), arising out of Case Crime No. 0211 of 2020, under Section 504, 506 of IPC & 66 of I.T. Act, Police Station-Pachokhara, District Firozabad, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-Firozabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
