¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Mishra,(A/S No. 0263 of 2012) holding brief of Sri Shivanand Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, Sri Ratan Deep Mishra, who appears for the 1st Respondent and Sri P.H. Vashishtha for the Respondents No. 2 and 3.

¶2The principal relief claimed in the writ petition is for granting of post retiral benefits to the writ petitioner who retired as Administrative Officer in the Respondent University in the month of July, 2023.

¶3Sri P.H. Vashisththa, learned counsel for the Respondent University submits that the issues with the writ petitioner seeks today determination at the first instance by the 3rd Respondent Registrar of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. He submits that the petitioner has represented his cause before them.

¶4Considering the submission of rival parties, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to file a fresh representation before the 3rd Respondent who shall consider the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
