Against the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the Prescribed Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 has challenged the present petition. The petitioner has the remedy to file an appeal under Section 17

(7) of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 read with Rule 15 of the Payment of Gratuity (Central) Rules, 1972. In view of the availability for an alternative remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
