¶1Heard Shri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for respondent No. 6.

¶2The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to recall the order dated 08.01.2020 passed by respondent No. 5 withholding compensation amount in respect of land which was subject matter of sale deed in favour of one Amar Nath, as suit for cancellation of the sale deed is still pending.

¶3Shri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submission does not press the writ petition.
