The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

27.07.2022 passed by the permanent Lok Adalat in PLA Case No. 23 of 2020. The petition suffers from laches up to 89 days and the laches for filing the petition has not been properly explained in the writ petition. Apart from the aforesaid, a reading of the order indicates that the case instituted by the petitioner was dismissed on the statement of petitioner herself that she did not wish to prosecute the case further.
