¶1The petitioner had approached this Court for quashing of the notice dated 02.11.2022 issued by the Executive Engineer.

¶2Rakesh Mishra, holding brief of Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that this notice is provisional and that the petitioner is required to object it.

¶3Under such circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to file objection against the provisional notice and thereafter the final assessment order may be passed.
