26.07.2023 passed by the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, District Basti in Compliant Case No. 206 of 2020. The petitioner has a remedy to file an appeal against the order/ decree of the District Forum. So far as the order dated 09.09.2023 is concerned, the same is not adverse to the petitioner as it decides the execution case on the statement of the decree holder that she is satisfied with the intention of the judgment debtor to satisfy the decree.
