¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated

09.10.2023 rejecting the application of the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3A preliminary objection has been railed by learned Standing Counsel that the order impugned is appealable.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
