¶1The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Review/Recall Application filed on 26.10.2023 for the recalling/reviewing of the order dated 13.10.2023 was not being decided and the recovery in pursuance of the order dated 13.10.2023 was continuing.

¶2Sri Ankur Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the State states that the Recall/Review application shall be decided as expeditiously as is possible.

¶3Having considered the rival submissions of the parties, we are of the view that the Recall/Review application dated 26.10.2023 be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
