¶1Learned counsel for petitioners at the outset submits that he is not pressing prayer (a) and that prayer this Court may consider prayer (b) of this writ petition and may pass an appropriate order.

¶2Grievance of petitioners is that the case bearing No.220/T.B. (Maval @ Bhonu and another Vs. Mathura Prasad and others) under Section 9-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is pending before Consolidation Officer, Tahsil Lalganj, District Mirzapur and the same has not been decided till date.

¶3I have perused the order sheet annexed along with this writ petition. On various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work. Therefore, the Authority concerned cannot put on fault.

¶4At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners on instruction submits that petitioners undertake that on next as well as on subsequent dates either petitioners themself or their Advocate shall appear before concerned authority and will not take any adjournment.

¶5Taking note of undertaking given by learned counsel for petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
