11.09.2023 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Dhampur approving the recommendations of the Tehsil Level Selection Committee to allot fair price shop in favour of respondent no.6. The pleadings in the petition do not establish any illegality in the procedure of allotting the fair price shop. There is no jurisdictional error involved in the case. The fair price shop is allotted to respondent no. 6 by applying the lottery system. There is no illegality in the impugned order passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Dhampur.
