¶1Heard Shri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Yogendra Nath Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No. 1 and Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

¶2The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he has not been issued mark-sheet concerning M.A. Hindi Final Year 2004.

¶3By the previous order of this Court, instructions were asked for from Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4. He has placed instructions, which refer to some decision taken in the meeting of Examination Committee held on

13.06.2023 and also the fact that the petitioner had failed in the concerned examination. The Committee's resolution prescribes the period in relation whereto the decision can be taken, however, the other part of the instructions refers to the status of the petitioner's result and course.

¶4Instead of deciding the matter, considering the second prayer made in this writ petition, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No. 4, Controller of Examination, Veer Bahadur Singh Purwanchal University, Jaunpur to pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's application dated
