¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The petitioners have filed this writ petition for the following prayers: "a. To allow the present writ petition and direct Union Bank of India (erstwhile Andhra Bank) to maintain status quo against the petitioner in order to settle the differences between the petitioner, the Bank and the Bhulder. b. Issue a stay order before the Ld. DRT, Delhi-1 in cases where the Bank has already proceeded against the petitioner. c. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present circumstances."

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that there is an Original Application filed by the Bank before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

¶4Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. If the petitioners have any grievances, they may raise the same before the Debts Recovery Tribunal itself.

¶5With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
