It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that at present both the petitioners are living happily together and respondent no.4 who happens the brother of petitioner no.1 accepted the marriage performed by both the petitioners. Learned Standing counsel as well as learned counsel for the respondent no.4 admitted the aforesaid fact and submitted that since both the petitioners are living together happily, no cause of action survives.
