¶1The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who was the auction purchaser was not being given the possession of the property which he had purchased in auction. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the respondent-Bank had also filed an application under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau for taking over possession of the property in question. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that the case being Misc. Case No.98 of 2023 be decided expeditiously.

¶2Ms. Priyanka Midha, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the case expeditiously.

¶3Under such circumstances, without going further into the merits of the case, we direct that the case being Misc. Case No.98 of 2023 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
