¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2Learned AGA has raised preliminary objection and submitted that this application is not maintainable as against the order impugned, applicant has alternative remedy to file revision under sections 397/401 Cr.P.C.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

¶4The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach competent court, if so advised within a period of two weeks from today.

¶5In case revision is filed within two weeks from today, same shall not be rejected on the ground of laches, but be decided on merits.
