¶1Grievance of petitioner is that restoration application filed by respondent No.5 on 06.06.2023 in Misc. Application No.4 under Section 53B of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (Dimpal Vs. Smt. Anchal Tyagi) is pending before Settlement Officer Consolidation, Sambhal, and the same has not been decided till date.

¶2At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on instruction submits that petitioner undertakes that on next as well as on subsequent dates either petitioner herself or her Advocate shall appear before concerned authority and will not take any adjournment.

¶3Taking note of undertaking given by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
