¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Firozabad to decide the application of the petitioner dated 30.7.2023 under Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojna, on account of death of her son, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.2 to look into, examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
