This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to arrest the private-respondents and submit a charge-sheet in the matter. The FIR has been lodged on 23.11.2022. Learned AGA states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the concerned authority. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before the second respondent, who shall ensure that appropriate steps are taken to conclude the investigation in fair and impartial manner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
