¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 02.05.2022 passed by the respondent no.4 i.e. Tehsildar Tehsil Muhammadabad, District Ghazipur (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition).

ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in use and occupation of the land of the petitioner duly allotted by the Zila Panchayat, Ghazipur."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that order impugned is appellable u/s 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.
