¶1Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant-appellant.

¶2The instant first appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, arising from an order dated 5th May, 2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi in matrimonial case no. 341 of 2014 (Tikaram Shrivas Vs. Smt. Usha Devi Shrivas). By that order, the learned court below has dismissed the divorce suit proceedings instituted by the present appellant.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant has pressed the present withdrawal application.

¶4In absence of any objection and also in view of the averments made in the affidavit accompanying the present withdrawal application, this application is allowed.
