Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is against the proposal of the Gram Panchayat allotting the particular shop under the unreserved category while the petitioner claims that it should have been allotted to any person belonging to dependants of freedom fighter category or to other backward class. The proposal has still not been approved by the competent authority. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at this stage. The petitioner may file his objection before the competent authority, who before approving the same shall consider the objection filed by the petitioner or any other person regarding category in which the shop have been allotted.
