¶1Heard Shri Shyam Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "I. Issue a order or direction in the nature of commanding/directing to the court concerned to decide the application 6C, in Suit No. 3813 of 2020 (Chandrajeet Yadav Versus Ram Dular) pending in the court of State of U.P. through its Principle Secretary (Revenue) Govt. of U.P. at Lucknow, within stipulated period."

¶3A perusal of the plaint that appears to be enclosed as Annexure No. 1 to this petition reflects that a suit for permanent injunction was filed by the plaintiff-petitioner against the defendant-respondent no. 2 in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shirki, Allahabad. However, the prayer states that it is pending in the court of State of Uttar Pradesh.
