¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) direct the Judge Small Cause Court, Jhansi to decide the Original Suit No. 55/2003, Kishan Lal Vs. Bharat Bhushan on day to day basis in pursuance of direction given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.05.2016 in Misc. Petition Under 227 No. 3833/2016 Kishan Lal Vs. The Court of ACJ (SD) Court No. 8, Jhansi and Another.

(ii) to direct the District Judge, Jhansi to call for the status report from Judge Small Cause Court, Jhansi regarding pendency of the Original Suit No. 55/2003 and non-compliance of the direction given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.05.2016 in Misc. Petition under 227 No. 3833/2016 Kishan Lal Vs. The Court of ACJ (SD) Court No. 8, Jhansi and Another."

¶3At the very outset, Sri Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition.
