Petitioner has lodged an FIR dated 6.11.2023 in Case Crime No.0160 of 2023 under Sections 376-D IPC and other sections against the accused persons. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted in the matter and the petitioner is being extended threats. Learned AGA states that such grievance of the petitioner can be got examined by the second respondent. In the facts of the case, we direct the second respondent to examine petitioner's grievance and to ensure that not only the fair investigation is being conducted in the matter, but life and liberty of the petitioner is also protected in accordance with victim protection scheme.
