¶1Heard Mr. Ajay Rajendra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr. Diptiman Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.6.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file statutory appeal.

¶3Mr. Diptiman Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.6 objects to the locus of the petitioner to file either the writ petition or the appeal.
