¶1Case called out in revised list. None present on behalf of the applicant. However, learned AGA for the State is present.

¶2On 22.11.2023 C.J.M. concerned was directed to submit a report with regard to current status of the trial. Pursuant to the order dated

22.11.2023 passed by this Court, the C.J.M., Azamgarh submitted its report and from its perusal, it appears that trial of the instant matter has already been concluded on 29.11.2022.

¶3Learned AGA also apprised the Court that applicant has already been convicted by the trial court, therefore, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
