¶2None has appeared to press the present writ petition.

¶3Learned AGA states that the writ petition is not maintainable because earlier in time a petition seeking directions for premature release has been disposed of on 19.05.2023 and therefore, this petition is a second writ petition on the same cause of action which merits dismissal, with costs.

¶4However, since none has appeared to press the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
