Against the order of externment, the petitioner has remedy by filing an appeal which has not been availed. In the facts of the case, it is, therefore, provided that in the event the petitioner prefers an appeal before the authority concerned, within two weeks, along with certified copy of this order, the same shall be entertained without raising objection with regard to the limitation. Any prayer for interim relief made in appeal shall also be considered within further period of two weeks, thereafter. Subject to above observation, the writ petition is consigned to records.
