Present civil revision has been filed by the revisionist with the prayer to set aside the order dated 04.10.2023 passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Agra in Original Suit No. 392 of 2023. By the aforesaid order dated 04.10.2023 passed by the court below by which till disposal of the application (6-C), both the parties were directed not to change the nature of Park or cut trees. On the other hand learned counsel for the opposite parties raised preliminary objection before the Court that against the order dated

04.10.2023, civil revision filed by the revisionist, is not maintainable. In view of fact, the Court is of the opinion that law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court from time to time, at that point of time, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the revisionist to dismiss the civil revision as not pressed with liberty to file fresh revision.
