At the outset, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in this matter instructions have been received wherein father of the petitioner no. 1 Deshraj, who is respondent no. 4 in present petition, has lodged an F.I.R. with P.S. concerned on 4.9.2023 stating that he had performed the marriage of his daughter namely Kusum Devi with Atul S/o Deshraj Raidas, R/o Arabpur Fatehpur, therefore the petitioner no. 1 is already married. After some arguments at length, learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
