10.05.2023. The Insurance Ombudsman, respondent no.2 is directed to make all endeavours to expeditiously decide the aforesaid representation/ appeal, if still pending, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
