08.08.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat in Case Crime No.345 of 2021 (State v. Ravindra), under Sections 3, 5, 8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Chhaprauli, District Baghpat. By the impugned order, his application for release of his vehicle has been rejected by the learned court below on the ground that the appropriate remedy lies with the District Magistrate/Commissioner. In case the revisionist moves an application before the appropriate authority for releasing of his vehicle, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
