¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent no.2 to allot a place in the vending zone of Sector-53 near Kanchanjunga Market, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar to the petitioner and decide the representation, which is stated to be pending before the respondent no.2.

¶2Shri Ridham Gupta holding brief of Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh appearing on behalf of the respondent-authorities states that the representation has to be examined by the Grievance Redressal Committee at the district level constituted by the Noida Authority.

¶3Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the observation, in case petitioner approaches the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of two weeks from today alongwith a copy of this order, that grievance may be addressed in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months therefrom.
