¶1Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.K. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of Case No.294 of 2023 (State Vs. Komal Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No.633 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 325 IPC, Police Station Nawabganj, District Prayagraj, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (J.D.), 7th Allahabad, in a time bound manner.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the instant case an F.I.R. was registered on 12.10.2022 and after the investigation charge sheet was filed and subsequently, the trial court has taken cognizance in the matter. Therefore, the applicant prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of the case, despite pointed query made by the Court repeatedly that what are the special circumstances for which the applicant can be given a treatment of priority of all other cases pending before the trial court. Learned counsel for the applicants has failed to narrate any of the reason for such priority to be given to his case.
