This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report in Case Crime No.456 of 2023, under Sections 504, 506, 323, 354, 406 I.P.C., P.S.- Ghaziabad Kotwali, District-Ghaziabad, which records that the password and other documents of the informant have been misappropriated. Petitioners' defence that the allegations are incorrect or that such complaint was found false in police inquiry are matters to be determined at the stage of investigation. Since prima-facie allegation with regard to commissioning of cognizable offence is disclosed, the prayer made in the writ petition to quash the F.I.R. is declined and the writ petition is consequently dismissed.
