01.09.2023. I do not find any illegality in the reasons given by the Tribunal for rejecting the adjournment application filed by the petitioner or rejecting the recall application. The claim petition is pending since 2017 and is occasioned by the death of the mother of the opposite parties/ claimants. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
