¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Challenge in the writ petition is to the notice under Section 111 Cr.P.C.

¶3In our considered opinion, challenge to a notice under Section 111 Cr.P.C., is not tenable. In any case, the petitioner has been granted time to reply to the notice. This opportunity may be availed by the petitioner.

¶4No case for interference at this stage is made out.
