¶1After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the revisionist to dismiss present petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition under Article 227 Constitution of India.
¶2Mr. Avnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the contesting respondent has no objection.
¶3Prayer made is allowed.
¶4The petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
