¶1Heard Shri Anand Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that its payments for the works executed between 2020 and 2022 in pursuance of various work orders is not being honoured by the respondent-Nagar Nigam. The representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2022 is stated to be pending. It is submitted that work completion certificate has already been issued.

¶3Having regard to the facts of the case and submissions made, we dispose of the instant petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to examine the claim of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within 8 weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation dated 18.11.2022.
