¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners and perused the record.
¶2The present petition has been filed challenging the ex-parte order dated 17.07.2023 passed by the Judicial Village Court, Dibai, Bulandshahar in Original Suit No. 47 of 2022 (Dulari Devi Vs. Chandravati Devi and Other).
¶3After some arguments the prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition with liberty to file a recall application, if so advised.
