¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The present appeal had been filed by the Claimants/ Appellant seeking enhancement of the Award passed by MACT Kanpur Dehat.

¶3The Claimant/Appellant and the Insurance Co./Respondent have arrived at a settlement/ compromise whereby the present appeal is being settled for full and final consideration of Rs. 3,20,000/- (Rs. Three Lakh and Twenty thousand only) over and above the amount which has already been received by the Claimants/ Appellants in terms of the Judgment/ Award in the lower court.

¶4Nothing beyond the above shall be payable to the appellants by the Insurance Company.

¶5The said settlement/compromise is being arrived at between the parties through mutual consent, of their own free will and without any undue influence/coercion.

¶6Parties to act as per compromise deed.
