Smt. Virguan Wali and 5 Ors v. Monu Singh and 2 Ors

Before National Lok Adalat, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Court No. -45 Case :-FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. -3622 of 2018 Appellant :-Smt. Virguan Wali And 5 Ors Respondent :-Monu Singh And 2 Ors. Counsel for Appellant :-Hanuman Prasad Dube,Vipul Dube Counsel for Respondent :-Arun Prakash Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. The parties have agreed upon settlement of this Appeal/FAFO on the following terms and conditions:-

i) The appellant nos. 1 to 6 shall be entitled to get Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakh only) along with simple interest @ 3% per annum from the date of petition in addition to what they have already received.

ii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall accrue from such date till payment.

iii) The appellant nos. 2 to 4 are minor and their appeal is being compromised by the aforesaid minor's guardian/next friend Smt. Virguan Wali and the compromise is in the interest of the minor. That the parties have compromised the appeal out of their free consent and without any coercion/pressure of any kind. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
