Before National Lok Adalat, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Court No. - 45 Case :- FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. - 2555 of 2017 Appellant :- Smt. Zakira And Another Respondent :- National Insurance Co. Ltd. And 2 Others Counsel for Appellant :- Lal Chandra Sahu Counsel for Respondent :- Archana Singh,Pradeep Saxena Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. The parties have agreed upon settlement of this Appeal/FAFO on the following terms and conditions:- i. The appellants shall be entitled to get Rs. 1,80,000/- (Rs. One Lakhs and Eight Thousands only) along with 3% simple interest from the date of filing of claim petition in full and final satisfaction of their claim from respondent Insurance Company, in addition to the amount which had already been received by claimants/appellants. ii. The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court failing which interest @ 6% P.A. shall accrue from such date till payment. That the parties have compromised the appeal out of their free consent and without any coercion/pressure of any kind. In view of above appeal stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
