Before National Lok Adalat, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Court No. -45 Case :-FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. -2861 of 2015 Appellant :-National Insurance Company Ltd. Respondent :-Smt. Bharti And 3 Others Counsel for Appellant :-Amit Manohar Counsel for Respondent :-A.T. Pandey,Vipin Kumar Singh Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. The parties have agreed upon settlement of this Appeal/FAFO on the following terms and conditions:-

i) The respondent nos.1 and 2 shall be entitled to get Rs.2,25,000/-(Rupees Two lakh Twenty Five thousand only) in addition to what they have received in terms of tribunal order dated 17.8.2015 along with simple interest @ 3% per annum from the date of award.

ii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall accrue from such date till payment. The F.A.F.O. No.2861 of 2015 and Cross Objection No.65 of 2023 are disposed of in terms of compromise. That the parties have compromised the appeal out of their free consent and without any coercion/pressure of any kind. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
