Before National Lok Adalat, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Court No. -45 Case :-FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. -1679 of 2017 Appellant :-Sanjiv Kumar Gupta Respondent :-National Insurance Co. Ltd. And 2 Others Counsel for Appellant :-Pramod Kumar Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent :-Avdhesh Chandra Nigam,Ajit Singh Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. The parties have agreed upon settlement of this Appeal/FAFO on the following terms and conditions:-

i) The appellant shall be entitled to get Rs.2,60,000/-(Rupees two lakh sixty thousand only) alongwith simple interest @ 3% per annum from the date of petition in full and final satisfaction of his claim from respondent Insurance Company in addition to the amount which had already been received by claimant/appellant.

ii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall accrue from such date till payment. That the parties have compromised the appeal out of their free consent and without any coercion/pressure of any kind. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
