¶1The matter is listed before National Lok Adalat.

¶2The parties have agreed upon settlement of this Appeal/FAFO on the following terms and conditions:-

i) The claimants/appellant Nos. 1 and 2 shall be entitled to get Rs.6,00,000/-(Rupees Six lakh only) in full and final satisfaction of their claim from Respondent No.1-Insurance Company in addition to the amount already received.

ii) The Insurance company shall not pay any interest on the compromised/settled amount.

iii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court, failing which interest @ 12% per annum shall accrue from such date till payment. That the parties have compromised the appeal out of their free consent and without any coercion/pressure of any kind. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
