¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The parties have agreed upon settlement of this appeal on the following terms and conditions:

(i). The appellants shall be entitled to get Rs.4,50,000/- only inclusive of interest in full and final satisfaction of their claim from respondent no.2.

(ii) The amount already deposited/received shall not be adjusted towards the total amount due.

(iii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court failing which interest @ 6% P.A. shall accrue from such date till payment.

¶3That in case any appeal of the insurance company is pending, this Compromise will not be effective.

¶4Nothing beyond the above shall be payable to the appellants by the Insurance Company.

¶5The said settlement/compromise is being arrived at between the parties through mutual consent, of their own free will and without any undue influence/coercion.

¶6Parties to act as per compromise deed.
